Hey guys! A little late in the day, but I have a post for you. Today is the monthly post for the Lacquer Legion and the theme is After Dark. I went through a whole slew of ideas for this one, then two friends (who have been slowly getting me open to the idea of watching the show) threw out that I should do the logo to Fantasia — a vampire bar in HBO’s True Blood. As soon as I heard it, I knew that’s what I was doing.

You all know pretty well that I’m not a fan of pink, so this one was a little tough for me to figure out. Julep Maven October It Girl Swatches
Hey guys! Hope you had a great weekend! I did. My boyfriend surprised me with a weekend away and a day at Epcot, just for the hell of it. It was a blast and I absolutely loved spending time in just that park. It’s my favorite! Today, I have the swatches for October’s Maven It Girl box from Julep to share. I know it’s odd to have two swatch posts (and from the same brand) back-to-back, but this is a little important to me. It’s almost impossible to find actual swatches of Julep (outside of their Photoshopped photos on the website), and a picture of the bottle doesn’t really tell you how the polish looks on the nail. So, I’m going to be pretty consistent in swatching any Julep polishes I get. Let’s take a look!

I have finished the 31 Day Challenge. Give me a second; I’m letting that wash over me for a moment. I am so freaking ecstatic that I finished this thing. It was an absolute blast that I look forward to not dealing with for the next eleven months. Let’s take a look at what I managed to churn out!
31DC2014 Day 31: Honor Nails You <3
LAST ONE! Can you believe it I made it?? Only three days total that I had to make up. I’m so freaking proud of myself, it’s ridiculous. For this last prompt, I knew exactly what I was going to do. I’ve had this picture from Liloo-Nailart on my Pinterest for months. I’ve been waiting for an excuse to replicate them, and it finally came!
